GI Fachgruppe “Concurrency Theory”

In March 2013, the Fachbereich Grundlagen der Informatik of the Gesellschaft für Informatik (a sister organization to the ACM) decided to found a new subunit on Concurrency Theory. Such subunits are called “Fachgruppe” and correspond roughly to the Working Groups of IFIP; likewise a “Fachbereich” roughly corresponds to the Technical Committees of IFIP.
